DESCRIPTION: PEREY TURNSTILE ROTO-GATE "B" The highest quality industrial type weatherproof security gate. Heaviest of its class and by far the most reliable with the longest service life. Features that assure the highest security and dependability including a non-welded construction. Controls can be integrated into any automated security system. Automatically assures a single passage in the unlocked direction only. The unquestioned leader in outdoor industrial security. WEIGHT: 360 KG. Net – 370 KG. Crated. MECHANISM: All steel and machined cast iron with two ratchets each 30 mm thick hardened steel. Two locking pawls also 30 mm thick hardened steel. ARMS: Hot dip galvanised steel tubing, wall thickness of 2.5mm and 35 mm O.D. Arm Ends Spun closed under heat and pressure, for a smooth safe finish. Heel Guards on Bottom Arms of Rotor "U" shaped sheet steel channels surrounding the lower arms and extending to the flooring. ROTOR AND BARRIER VERTICAL MEMBERS: 6.5-mm thick steel angles, hot dip galvanised. Arms are pinned into rotor with malleable iron clamps. Non-welded construction. VERTICAL PASSAGE MEMBERS: Tubing with 3.2 mm wall thickness and 25 mm O.D. Hot dip galvanised. BOTTOM BEARINGS: Machined Grey Iron Casting - 38 mm thick, 300 mm diameter
